A business using UBTracker may have its own privacy notice covering its customers or employees.

- Business information: inquiries, quote requests, projects, sales follow-up, support history, and information you choose to submit.
- Messaging and integrations: business conversations, contact details, business account identifiers, and information required for authorized WhatsApp Business or Meta integrations, when enabled.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies, browsing activity, access and security logs.
- Business account data: usernames, organization, permissions, and activity necessary to provide the service.
Please do not send full card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through WhatsApp or our ordinary contact forms. Additional notices may apply if a specific service requires other information.
4. How we use information
- Answer messages and inquiries, prepare quotations, arrange demos, and provide customer support.
- Provide, administer, maintain, and protect our services, including authorized business messaging workflows.

5. WhatsApp and Meta integrations
When a business connects a WhatsApp Business channel or Meta application to UBTracker Sales, information needed to exchange messages and identify contacts may be processed by Meta, UBTracker, and the business receiving the messages. This supports receiving inquiries, replying, managing requests, and commercial follow-up.
Meta processes data under its own applicable terms and policies. Available features depend on the connected account and permissions. Connecting a WhatsApp channel does not automatically authorize promotional messages to everyone who contacts the business.
6. Service providers and international transfers
We may use providers of hosting, email delivery, analytics, and messaging that are necessary to operate the services, including website hosting providers, Google Analytics, and Meta/WhatsApp Business when enabled. Such providers may process data in other countries, subject to applicable notices, contractual protections, and legal requirements.
Personal data is not shared for unrelated purposes without an appropriate permission or legal basis. Businesses using our services are responsible for the lawful collection and use of their own customer lists and messaging campaigns.
8. Retention and security
