How to request data deletion
If you interacted with UBTracker, UBTracker Sales, or an authorized WhatsApp Business/Meta integration and want your personal information deleted, you can submit a request by email at no charge.

Subject: Data Deletion Request — UBTracker
- Include your name, contact details, and the relevant service (website, UBTracker Sales, WhatsApp, or Facebook/Meta).
- Describe what information you want reviewed or removed. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents in your initial message.
- If the data relates to an account managed by another business using UBTracker, identify that business so we can route the request appropriately.
What happens next
We will review whether we control the information or whether the request should be handled by a business customer. We may ask for reasonable identity verification. Where appropriate, we will delete or de-identify the information under applicable law and procedures and inform you through a verified contact method.
Some records may be retained where required by law, contract, or security obligations. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends.
If you used Facebook or WhatsApp
You may include the WhatsApp number you used or the account/business identifier related to the conversation. We do not need your Facebook password, WhatsApp verification code, or API access token.
If you contacted another company using UBTracker Sales, that business may be responsible for handling requests concerning its own customer conversations.
